Do You Like This Keeper Trade?
I just accepted the following trade in my keeper league. I’m in 7th place, and don’t really have a chance to finish in the money.
I gave up Jake Peavy, Adam Dunn and Todd Jones, and received Ryan Braun ($1), John Maine ($3) and Troy Tulotowski ($1). I can keep these players for next year’s pool at this price, and all of the players I gave up go back into the auction pool.
Also, I am 3rd place overall in saves in the league, and the 12 teams behind me in saves are so behind (at least 30 saves), that I could afford to give up Jones.
What do you think of this deal? Did I give up too much, or do you think I cashed in with these keeper players?
