We had our fantasy baseball draft the other day. But because we had an odd number of players the league went to autodraft. I adjusted the Yahoo rankings so I could get a lot of my personal favorite players.

i see no need for Furcal unless they were getting rid of Escobar or Johnson.
supposidely kelley Johnson will play left field, but that doesn’t seem like a very smart move because they’ll lack power hitting..
can it be that Jake Peavy is still coming to atlanta and they’ll have to part with escobar or johnson..

Where would you locate the team, and what would you name the team? What 3 players would you build your franchise around? Who would your manager be? What would your stadium be called?(you can choose a sponser if you like)
My team would either be the Cortlandt Cadets because it would be so cool if I had a 5 minute drive to the stadium! I would also think about the Portland Mountaineers. I love the city of Portland and think they really need a baseball team. I would build my team around Derek Jeter, Jake Peavy and Vladimir Guerrero. I would choose Joe Girardi as my manager because I liked the way he managed in Florida with all those young kids. My stadium would be called Hess Field.

Should I trade Roy Oswalt for David Ortiz?
Both have started the year off very poorly. My main concern is that Ortiz had surgery on his knee over the offseason and I am worried that he may not return to form, and Oswalt is also a risk for injury but he normally is way better after the All-Star break.
