I am new at this game. I am in a 8 man league and this is my team. Please tell me what I should work on.

in an 8 man league that’s a very solid team, I’d rate your team an 11 from 1-10 for an A+
2 man league?
there must be very little people in this leauge, like -4. ortiz and crawford are 1st rounders. bay, beltran, morneau are 2nd rounders. mauer, ramirez, rivera are 3rd rounders. that makes 8 players who are taken in the first 3 rounds in a standard league then u also wound up w/ peavy, halladay (4th rounders) as well? BS. if it is true in a league with -4 people, i suggest you trade some of your non-elite pitchers, like zito, burnett, harden, pettite for some aces and a better second baseman
Pick up another decent outfielder and get rid of otsuka. Great ERA but doesn’t get enough innings or saves or Ks to really contribute a lot
i dont think its possible to get all those players in a draft unless its only 2 people
Trade a top line pitcher for a top hitter and your good
