   this is football section btw but i think so. It counts in the standings so why not the Players Stats.

   I know this is the football section but I will answer your question anyway. Yes, because the one game playoff actually counts as a regular season game. Being a Reds fan I know this from experience during the ‘99 season. I will never forgive Al Leiter for that one.
