Is Juliet Burke Still Alive After The Fifth Season Finale Of Lost?

I watched an interview with the actress who plays her and she said she was not dead yet at the end of the show, and at the end they show her alive but she sets off the bomb. I am so confused because i was reading the plot online after i watched it to make sure i hadn’t missed anything important and everything was saying she had died and not mentioning that they saw her at the end.
Does anyone know for sure???Is she going to be back for season six?
Juliet is definitely appearing in season 6, Kristen from E online has confirmed it. However, we do not know if it will be as a flashback/memory/dream or she did survive (lets hope she did! I loved her and Sawyer together!)
I for one do not think she is dead. If the bomb does “kill” her, then logically it should kill Sawyer, Kate, Jack and everyone else on the island. Also, I think that the end the white flash indicated a time flash.
Another thing….there are rumours circulating that Juliet is pregnant because when Bernard and Rose offered her tea (I heard u shouldnt drink it when you are pregnant) Juliet refused and was holding her stomach in *that* way. Lol. They can’t leave that storyline hanging!
I hope she isn’t dead…..I don’t think I can possibly wait till 2010 to find out :(:(:(

Well she would have to be, cause if she set off the bomb which looks like she did then it is possible that Jacks plan worked. I think a theory is that no matter what they do they can’t change the fate of the island, Jacob visited some like kate as a child. Even if they changed time, would the plane of landed? Or I wonder if it just sends them all in time to the thirty years. Remember Locke said he was gonna bring them back. Somehow they are gonna have to meet up in the time zone. I couldn’t handle them ending series next year as if this all never happened. Also if Juliet dies they then all would have to be dead if the bomb went off.
Faraday’s plan would have worked if it stopped “the incident” from happening. The best I can guess is that “the incident” is the magnetism from the drilling - the release of energy. This happened, which cause Juliet to go down the hole. THEN she set the bomb off. I’m not sure under Faraday’s plan that things would be reset then. I think the bomb had to go off before “the incident.”
Although I REALLY hate to say this… I don’t think Juliet will be back in any significant way. She has a new show starting in the fall. I hope I’m wrong though. I’ve really liked her character.
She has to be alive. If that bomb did what it was intended to do (set them all back to a fresh start), then she, along with everyone else, will get to start all over again.
The thing is, if that’s the case, everyone will be at LAX again (where hopefully they will board flight 815 and it crashes anyway, and they all decide to stay on the island this time instead of being rescued) but Juliette — how will she get to the island again?
She’ll likely be back for season six. The whole idea of setting off the bomb was to change the past, and therefore she wouldn’t have to die. But who knows if they’ll actually go with that, because I’m pretty sure it would be lame. Juliette set off the bomb on the island and now the whole island would have exploded, not just Juliette. So if she’s not back, none of them are. You’ll see her again.
Yeah I’m hoping it was a time flash so she lives. The radiation is probably why mothers and the unborn babies die on the island. This would make Juliet the reason she was approached to go to the island in the first place.
And the pregnancy hint at the tea scene makes sense.

She will probably be back but Elizabeth Mitchell will play a leading role in V remake,so don’t expect her to be a main character anymore.
I hope she’s dead…really annoying character. She apparently is staring in a new mini series and they made her exit pretty dramatic so hopefully she’s really gone.
The only thing you can be sure of on that show is that you can never be sure of anything.
you will have to wait and see in season 6. if the bomb reset things then she will still be alive and if not then shes probably dead

I think they are all dead, in 1977…..but maybe not in 2007…..or….something….
