Padres… Cubs… Dodgers… Or Someone Else?

Where will Jake Peavy land in the Trade Deadline (should San Diego decide to trade him). I seriously doubt that the Pads will trade him to a division rival. I hope to see him in Cubbie Blue. But, I am in some doubts because of our owner situation. So, I am gonna ask y’all. Where does he land?

    Sports Illustrated claims he’ll go to the Phillies, but I really doubt it. I have no idea where Peavy will go, but it won’t be another small market team.

    I’m almost positive he’ll play in the N.L. Central due to the fact it is a wide open race among 3-4 teams and one will either have an injury or try and 1-up on the other teams alla C.C. style. So watch for the Cub, Brewers, Cardinals, or maybe even the Reds to be fighting over the same people. To think the race alone wasn’t interesting enough, LOL. But i think it will be the Brewers making the early move, hopefully. If not them, then the Cubs if they can find someone of trade value for him.

    peavy isn’t going near la
    1)padres aren’t going to trade him to a division rival
    2)padres have always consider the dodgers rivals even though dodgers don’t.

    I can actually see the Milwaukee Brewers making a play for him. They still have a fairly deep minor league system to use.
