What Did You Guys Think Of The Season Finale Of Gilmore Girls?

I personally thought it is was a horrible finale. I am a HUGE fan of Gilmore Girls, and I am completely dissapointed. I’m not even excited for the next season. this sucks!
i have always loved this show for it’s fast paced wit and response…wonderful growing up story lines (watching the child and the adult grow up) HOWEVER, i think this series is coming to an end. i’m with u about not being as excited as i usually am to see next season, i think they might have taken the characters as far as they can go.
Why were you disappointed?! I loved the season finale! It kept me on the edge of my seat…I can’t wait for next season. Although there are going to be new writers…But I don’t know. The whole Lorelai/Luke thing is kind of frustrating..I just want them to get married already! But then again I think Lorelai should really be with Christopher..I don’t know why. Kind of like how I think Rory should be with Jess.
I don’t watch Gilmore Girls. It’s satire and I’m always talking fast attitude annoys the crap out of me. When will the torture end.
I too love the show but was a bit disappointed in the finale. I agree that the whole Troubador thing was a bit ridiculous and took up way too much of the episode. I was disappointed to see Lorelai go running back to Chris after Luke turned her elopement offer down. I really would like to see Luke and Lorelai together. If you look at her face in the final scene though you can just tell she regrets sleeping with Chris. Since it is only a matter of time before Luke finds out about it.. I really hope he can forgive her.
I don’t mind Rory and Logan but I have always wanted her to get together with Jess. It always seemed like they were meant to be together.
Wow I hated the season finale. Oh wait, I didn’t watch it because that show is boring as hell.
First, I didn’t like how they showed the main points of the finale in all the previews. And all the troubadour nonsense seemed like filler that didn’t deserve to be in a season finale. I did like how Lorelai got back-seat advice from the psychiatrist, and how there was a point made about her and Luke not being “meant to be.” I agreed w/ Lorelai (mostly) that she needed an answer from Luke and had been waiting too long, but then again, Lorelai had never really said before just how upset she was becoming by the wedding being indefinately postponed, so (in Luke’s perspective) her ultimatim pretty much came out of nowhere. I was very disappointed in Chris for joining Lorelai in the poor decision of sleeping together.
I actually think Rory and Logan are good together. Especially since Jess and Dean are out of the picture since they are both on other shows right now.
Trivia: Chloe from 24 was one of the troubadours!
