  1. The most unfair is Hanley/Guillen for Manram/peralta/pelfrey. team 2 gets screwed here. HanRam is a top 2 player in fantasy and Guillen is poised for a strong 2nd half. Detroit’s offense should be better and better as the season goes and Guillen is a solid bat. Manram is aging, Peralta can’t hit for average (and the Indians are struggling), and Pelfrey is still an unproven young pitcher (a.k.a. = will have significant ups and downs all year).
The most fair is trade #1. Peavy is a stud and is clearly the best player in the deal, but has lingering injury questions (previously hurt elbow this season). Bedard is good when playing but is a pansy and plays for a terrible Seattle team. Hart is solid. Thams is streaky and not very valuable. I’d prefer to get Peavy in that deal but can see the benefit on both sides. Depends on what each team needs.

  2. Trade 1 favors team 1, they get a great outfielder in corey hart and bedard is an incredible pitcher, plus thames isn’t bad either.
Trade 2 is pretty even though hanley and guillen for perlta, manny, and pelfrey will probably even out at the end of the season.
So trade 2 is much more even.

  3. trade 2.I think team 2 gets the better end in both deals.

  4. trade 2
